36氪获悉，爱企查App显示，近日，北京面壁智能科技有限责任公司发生工商变更，新增中国电信集团有限公司旗下公司：中国电信集团投资有限公司、广西人工智能产业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）等为股东，同时注册资本增至71.3万元人民币。该公司成立于2022年8月，经营范围包括人工智能公共数据平台、人工智能通用应用系统、智能机器人的研发、智能机器人销售等。公开信息显示，壁智能是一家人工智能大模型技术创新与应用落地企业。
