I dug in and got GitHub access to FNA’s Native AOT ports for Xbox and PS5 as well as some private channels in the FNA Discord. Knowing that there were other examples in the world of C# being run on consoles using Native AOT gave me some level of hope that just maybe this might be possible. However, there were still many unknowns and overall this was a huge risk. I presented my findings and asked for two weeks for the backend team to come up with a proof of concept.
